Helena OB/GYN & Associates is a premier OB/GYN specialty clinic exceeding the expectations for the next generation of women’s healthcare in Helena, Montana. Dr. Jack W. McMahon, the founding Physician of Helena OB/GYN, is proud to announce the addition of two highly trained OB/GYN female physicians to the practice. Dr. Alexis O’Leary joined the practice in 2018 and we welcomed Dr. Jessica Parson in the following year. Not only are our Physicians highly trained in OB/GYN care, they are the only OB/GYN Physicians fully trained and certified for the DaVinci Robotic Surgical System in Helena. The staff of Helena OB/GYN believes that every woman deserves the choice for her obstetrical and gynecological care. Helena OB/GYN & Associates consistently provides exceptional obstetrics and gynecological care in a supportive, compassionate environment.

 

In addition to our OB/GYN Physicians, we also have two female Nurse Practitioners that specialize in female health care, including Infertility Services. Rebecca Moore, APRN, FNP is our infertility specialist who makes the dream of pregnancy come true for many women. Denise Smigaj, FNP understands the personal needs, concerns, and well-being of women, from adolescents to menopause. They work in collaboration with our Physicians to provide premier care to our patients.

We understand no two patients are the same and that is why we care for each patient to meet their unique needs. Our physicians are the only OB/GYN surgeons in Helena certified and fully trained to operate the daVinci Robotic Surgical System. Not only does Helena OB/GYN provide state of the art surgery, we also cater to those who struggle with pregnancy by specializing in infertility. With an in-house ultrasound we are able to meet all of our patient’s ultrasound, obstetrics and gynecological needs within one building. We have also added a mental health specialist to help with any mental health issues as needed for our patients.
